Julie Rosser Balbini graduated cum laude from Pomona College with a degree in Theatre and received her juris doctor degree from UCLA School of Law. She has been practicing as an attorney full time in the Coachella Valley since January of 2002, working at Best, Best & Krieger LLP, Mueller/Olivier/Whittaker LLP, the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, and Rover Armstrong, APC. Julie is currently an attorney with Fiore Racobs & Powers, the recognized authority in Community Association law with full and complete representation of common interest developments.

As an attorney with Fiore Racobs & Powers, Julie is dedicated to the success of community associations through the practice of law, the education of clients and industry professionals, and the advancement of public policy. The Firm's expertise includes CC&R/Rule Enforcement, Document Amendment, Elections/Recalls, Corporate Counsel, Legal Opinions, Assessment Collection, Litigation, Appeals & General Legal Services. The Firm's mission is to provide quality legal services while setting the example for others to follow in the legal community.

Prior to joining Fiore Racobs & Powers, Julie's practice primarily focused on business and real estate litigation, though she also assisted clients with transactional matters and has experience with Labor & Employment matters and Copyright & Trademark matters. Her clients included real estate developers, banks, large and small businesses, residential and commercial property owners, and country clubs, among many others.

Julie is currently the President of the Desert Bar Association, having previously served as Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, along with many years as a Trustee.  She also serves on the board of Coyote StageWorks, a local non-profit professional Equity theatre company, and is on the Steering Committee for Musical Theatre University, a pre-professional theatre conservatory for kids grades 8-12, which is funded by Palm Springs Unified School District and is free to all of the kids who audition and are admitted into the program. Julie previously served as Vice President of the Desert Theatre League and on the board of the local branch of the American Red Cross.

When Julie is not working full time as an attorney, she also performs in musicals and concerts throughout the Coachella Valley, providing her award-winning singing services for private and charitable events.
